Wood Framing

Framing is the skeleton of a building. If the frame is wrong, everything that goes on top of it is wrong too. Walls that are not plumb. Floors that are not level. Doors and windows that do not fit. We have been framing structures for 25 years, and we get it right because we have done it thousands of times.

What we frame

We frame single-family homes, multi-family units, additions, garages, and commercial structures. From foundation plates to ridge boards, we handle the full framing package. We work from engineered plans and build to code, every time.

Why framing experience matters

Framing looks simple from the outside: cut wood, nail it together. But there is a reason experienced framers are in demand. Layout has to be exact. Load paths have to be right. Headers, beams, and posts have to be sized and placed where the engineer put them. Cut corners in framing and you get callbacks, punch-list items, and structural problems down the road. We do not cut corners.

Utah's climate means framing has to account for snow loads, seismic requirements, and temperature swings. We build to the codes that matter here, not a generic spec from a different state. We know what the inspectors look for because we pass inspections the first time.
